After 20+ years in the corporate world, Todd formed EBS Quality Solutions in 2010 with a vision of helping small to medium size businesses succeed through the application of Quality Management Systems and proven quality methods often used by larger companies. Through utilization of quality solutions and methods, Todd delivers exceptional service quality and solutions while helping organizations through the quality management system development and the ISO 9001 registration process.
Norma McBride is the VP of Marketing Operations for EBS, providing significant “behind-the-scenes” support for EBS including social media marketing, content marketing, online support, and general business administrative duties. With over two decades of corporate experience, Norma provides significant cross-functional knowledge and expertise to EBS in multiple capacities.
